His formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) Manipal India.

He Joined ITC hotels in India as a Culinary Management trainee at the age of 21 and worked across many award-winning restaurants like Bukhara, Dumphukt, Dakshin, Kebab & Curries West View and Pan Asian.

His International journey started with Luxury Hotel group, Jumeirah Hotels & Restaurants in Dubai where he worked at famous hotels & restaurants managed by the group like “Burj Al Arab”, Madinat Jumeirah, Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, The Noodle House, Urbano, AlfreshCo , Rice +Spice, Flaming revolution, Bytes, Sana Bonta, Rivington Grill, Ivy to grow his learning of various cuisines. He also took professional courses in Food & Beverage management at the Emirates academy of hospitality management.

His quest to learn and grow lead him to join Hilton Hotels In Dubai as Executive Chef for 2 years and later moving to the role of a Corporate Chef with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG -MEA) to lead culinary for 250 hotels and 900 restaurants across Asia, Middle East, Australia and Africa that provided him the platform to travel and learn cuisines of the world and to work with many celebrity Michelin star chefs across the globe.

Yogi moved to Toronto for 5 years to work with Hilton in Toronto as Executive Chef and soon got promoted to the role Director of Food & Beverage. In his role in Toronto, he was assigned task force and training opportunities at many Hilton hotels across North America. He later moved to Thailand as Cluster Director for F&B at Accor hotels.

During his Journey around the globe, Yogi opened many successful hotel and standalone restaurants serving various international cuisines and developed systems to effectively create, manage and operate successful profitable restaurant from conceptualization to execution.

He then moved to England to study his Master degree in Hospitality & Tourism from Thames Valley University.

He Joined Radisson Edwardian in London and worked as F&B manager and F&B trainer for the chain of hotels. He worked across many bars and restaurants in central London including the “The Mayfair Bar” that was voted as NO.1 bar in London. Ravi successfully mastered the art of Mixology and crafted unique cocktails and beverage experience. He later worked with De-Vere group at Hotel Beaumont Estate to lead their F&B operating a 3 rose restaurant and an 85-conference room facility.

His love for Beverages then leads him to open his own venture in Emmergeen, England. He partnered with Green King Group. Ravi successfully operated this famous Bar for 4 years learning the secrets of successfully operating a pub trade as an owner.

Ravi is a people’s person and has a passion for beverage + F&B training. Being in the business from an employee to an owner gives him the first-hand edge to conceptualizing and providing end to end F&B solutions as a consultant to your business.

Animesh is a seasoned high-impact marketer with 18 years in a successful startup as well as an established luxury hotel chain. He has vast experience in understanding consumer behavior in the internet space globally and encashing untapped growth opportunities. He has excellent experience in growth marketing, eCommerce, social media, brand marketing, P&L, CRM, digital marketing, brand building, product, business, and alliance.

He has worked at The Oberoi Group as Assistant Vice President – Marketing, heading the digital function for India & Overseas hotels. Five years back, he took up the challenge for the complete digital transformation of an established luxury brand Oberoi groups of hotels India and globally wherein he got it successfully implemented various digital initiatives, at the same time, got results beyond Industry standards. Prior to the Oberoi Group, he has played a pivotal role in's growth and eventual listing on Nasdaq, where he grew from a founding member to being Head of Marketing. His tactical models helped the organizations grow revenue by multiple folds through both B2B, B2C channels.

He is alumni of MDI, Gurugram, India and recently completed a course from Harvard Business school.
